Flour Craters
For the first day of labs in the second term we made crators in a pile of flour i think it went well. and i learned that the higher you drop a golf ball (meateor) into a tray of flour (suface of a planet) the bigger the crator.

Mini-Culmination
A couple of weeks ago we had a mini-culmination for the second time to make up for a less successful one that I couldn't go to. In this project i helped perfect the balloon propulsion system and helped a little with the robot. Over all I think that our group did a very good job, we got 2 items successfully to the communications base and every thing worked.

Softball on the moon!
I think that if we were on the moon were the acceleration due to gravity is a=1.6m/s2, playing catch with a soft ball would be more interesting. when you through the ball it would stay in the air for a longer time and would maybe flought away if you try to practice pop-ups.

berrnouli's law
So for mm's core we were supposed to find/make a example of Bernouli's law. So I was thinking to my self, I wonder if the kissing balloons thing would work on a larger scale. so I found two wrenches in our garage but nothing to make that much negative space in-between the two objects. so I did the experemnt mentaly, and I thought that if you created anough air between the two wrenches you would be able to make th e two objects touch. But before you try this at home, as my teacher pointed out to me there might be alot of turbulance if you have such a face paced fluid.
